Our Return Policy
At Miracle E Fashions, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Jewelry and accessories must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Earrings and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@miracleefashions.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@miracleefashions.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
